Breconshire – Golden Valley (4.2%)
A welcoming aroma of hops, fruit and malt leads to a similar balanced flavour with a good building bitterness.

Breconshire – Red Dragon (4.7%)
Hop bitterness balances the biscuity malt characteristics of this easy drinking beer.

Brown Cow – Windy Bottom (4.3%)
Pale, hoppy special for a folk festival.

Cairngorm – Wildcat (5.1%)
Strong on bitterness.  Some malt and fruit but with an accent on hops and bitterness throughout.

Copper Dragon – Black Gold (3.7%)
Subtle fruit and dark notes on the nose.  Quite bitter with roast coffee flavours.  Long burnt finish.

Copper Dragon – Best Bitter (3.8%)
Delicate fruity aroma leads to a bitter and hoppy taste.  Dry, bitter finish.

Copper Dragon – Golden Pippin (3.9%)
Intense citrus aroma and flavour of the Cascade hops.  Dry, bitter astringency in the finish.

Well-balanced, full-bodied pale brown bitter with a fruity, hoppy and slightly nutty character.  Bitterness increases in the finish, leaving a dry, hoppy fruitiness.

Pale, golden bitter with an intense citrus flavour that dominates underlying biscuity malt and fruit.  Finish is long, dry and hoppy.

Rich, complex dark porter with old port on the nose and coffee and bitter chocolate flavours on the palate.

Chocolate and toffee aromas lead into an impressively rich and flavoursome ale.  Bittersweet finish.

Wensleydale – Semerwater (4.1%)
New bitter.

Wensleydale – Hardraw Force (5.6%)
New strong beer.

Wharfedale – Folly Ale (3.8%)
Malty, copper-coloured bitter, very lightly hopped.  Fruity and hoppy notes last into the dry, bitter finish.

Wharfedale – Wharfemeister (4.1%)
A new cask lager.

Wharfedale – Executioner (4.5%)
Brewed using pale, crystal and amber malts giving a distinctive rich mahogany colour and smooth, complex roasted malt flavour.

Wickwar – Mr. Perrett’s Traditional Stout (5.9%)
Aroma and taste of smoky chocolate malts and peppery hops.  Black cherry and blackcurrant give hints of sweetness to dry, spicy well-balanced taste.
